View Larger Map	Blackstone National Golf Club Driving Directions Blackston National Golf Club From Boston: 50 Minutes Mass Pike West to Exit 10A. Take Route 146 South to Sutton (5 miles). Take exit #7. At top of the ramp turn right. Follow Central Turnpike for about 3 miles to a 4-way stop. Turn left on Putnam Hill Road. The Club is 1 mile on the left. From Providence: 25 Minutes Take 146 North. Take exit #5. Go approximately three miles to a flashing light and stop sign. Take a right. The club is three miles on the right. From Worcester: 15 Minutes Route 290 West to Route 146 South to Sutton (5 miles). Take exit #7. At top of the ramp turn right. Follow Central Turnpike for about 3 miles to a 4-way stop. Turn left on Putnam Hill Road. The Club is 1 mile on the left. From Hartford: 50 Minutes Route 84 East to Mass Pike East to Exit 9. Take Route 395 South to Exit 4A Sutton ave Sutton (5 miles). At top of the ramp turn right. Follow Suton Ave for about 3 miles to a 4-way stop. Turn Right on Putnam Hill Road. The Club is 1 mile on the left. From Sturbridge: 25 minutes Take route 84 east to the Massachusetts turnpike east to exit 9. Take route 395 south to exit 4A Sutton Ave Sutton (5 miles). Take a right at top of ramp on to Sutton Avefollow to 4 way stop ( 4 miles) make a right on to Putnam hill road. Club 1 mile up on left. From Foxwoods: 55 minutes 395 north to exit 4A, Sutton Avenue east toward Sutton. Follow 4 miles to 4 way stop. Make right on to Putnam hill road. Club is 1 mile up on left. From Hopkinton: Take 140 to Route 16 West. Follow to Uxbridge and get on 146 North. Take exit 5. Take a left off the exit. Follow approximately three miles to a flashing light and stop sign. Take a right. The club is three miles on the right. From hotel to Blackstone National Golf Club Head southeast on Johnson St toward RT-12/Southbridge St Turn right at RT-12/Southbridge St Turn left to merge onto I-395 S toward Norwich Ct Take exit 4A to merge onto Sutton Ave toward Sutton Continue on Central Turnpike Turn right at Putnam Hill Rd To the Hotel ROUTE 495 S TO 290 W EXIT 8. THIRD LEFT ONTO JOHNSON STREET. I-90 EXIT 10 TO ROUTE 12 N. AFTER 1ST LIGHT LEFT ONTO JOHNSON STREET
